Cliff is the owner of Manring & Farrell, a law firm limiting its practice to handling SSI claims, Social Security Disability claims, and VA Disability claims. Cliff also handles appeal of cases for into Federal District Courts, including for cases where a claimant was unrepresented or when another attorney will not file any further appeals. With VA claims, Cliff helps veterans trying to get VA compensation benefits (“service connected” disability benefits) as well as pension or “non-service connected” disability benefits.
Manring & Farrell has offices in Lima, Lebanon and Columbus. Cliff is a Board member and the current Secretary for NOSSCR, the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives.
